Focus Systems actively encourages all directors, employees, consultants, trainers, and contractors, against the use of technical jargon wherever possible. This however should not be detrimental to Focus Systems' delivery of services and/or products.
At Focus Systems we have recognised that customers must be able to understand us. As a result of this all unnecessary use of buzz words and three letter acronyms has been prohibited.

All directors, employees, consultants, trainers, and contractors must understand technical terms so as not to disadvantage the position of Focus Systems within the market place; however, all are encouraged to target their language or written work at the technical level of the recipient.
At Focus Systems we pride ourselves on our ability to provide clear, understandable services and solutions, and as a result, directors, employees, consultants, trainers, and contractors, must be ready, willing and able to explain fully any technical terms that they use.

Wherever required, Focus Systems will provide a full explanation of any technical terms used at any point throughout system development, from initial contact to final delivery. Focus Systems will always target systems specifications at the technical level of the intended recipient.
