The Challenge

Our client came to us with a problem, they were having trouble predicting and reporting on the capacity of their manufacturing unit. They desperately needed to be able to run a forecast of their production capacity to enable them to plan for the future.

Our Solution

Through consultation we established the full requirements of the client. A full management system was provided that included many advanced features that all of the 'off the shelf' systems were unable to offer. We created a system that takes into account holidays, employee deployment, and overtime, and predicts the production capacity. This is this used along with the sales predictions and current orders to report on their production capacity. The screen above shows the area that the client uses to input the holiday hours.
