Job Description

An office-based role, the candidate will be responsible for proactively developing new contacts and relationships, and fostering the already established customers, from SME's to large corporates. Using initiative and commercial awareness to cold-call and convert incoming enquiries, the role will be centred on the launch of an updated and expanded range of software products, aimed at the HR and training sectors. Able to work under minimum supervision, the ideal candidate will have the ability to generate new business and nurture ongoing relationships in line with the company's objectives and the candidate's personal goals.

Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate will be a natural sales professional, with a proven track record in business to business telesales, exceeding sales targets, maximising profit and account management. This experience should ideally be within an IT solution sales environment, though training will be given to the chosen candidate.
